Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers with a friendly, welcoming environment.
  • Building long-term relationships between the store, yourself, and the customer.
  • Presenting the best solutions to customers either in person or over the phone.
  • Working as a team and assisting other employees as needed.
  • Work with a system in which you will have to communicate reports and information to the corporate office.
  • Provide timely communication with management regarding applicable needs.
  • Keeping customers informed of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Services.
  • Understand basic computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and offer resolutions to customer automobile repair needs and communicate effectively with the customer.
